$35 non refundable reservation fee and approx 1/2 of package cost deposit due per person to book your package. A Final payment of cost is due per person by the 20th of the month. If payment is 1 to 5 days late there will be a 3% late fee assessed. When we are within 120 days to final due date you will be assessed a late fee of 6% if payment is late 1-3 days, after 3 days the reservation will be canceled and all monies forfeited. Payment Options: Online Credit Card payments, money orders, cashier checks, or wire transfers will be accepted. All over the phone payments will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. Final payment is due in office by May 1, 2014. No Exceptions!! TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE AND WILL BE ADDED TO INVOICE. All deposits and payments are non-refundable, and non-transferable if cancelled your money will be forfeited. Trip Insurance is mandatory for all Special Events and will be applied to your invoice at an additional cost once you have made your initial deposit, cost is based on age, and residence.
